Coverage across the whole Tri-Cities area, including Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol. Supports both analog FM and Yaesu System Fusion (C4FM) digital modes as input, will only output analog FM.

Repeater Site
All active W4TRC machines transmit from the shared amateur site on Bays Mountain / Holston River Mountain above Kingsport, roughly a thousand feet above downtown.
- Location: Bays Mountain near Kingsport, TN
- Tower: 65-foot structure added in 2021 to push antennas above the treeline
- Power: Commercial mains with solar + battery backup for emergency operation
- Access: Secure shared site that also hosts regional broadcast services
